  2. Yesterday morning I recharged my BSNL with mobile number 8500718720 through phonepe. Amount debited but recharge not finished. I got message from phonepe amount refund. But amount not credited to my account.please credited the amount immediately Rs 1584/-.

Hello, yesterday I’ve sent money to my friend but at first it wasn’t successful but the second it went successfully, and now it was deducted the double amount and I’ve received the deducted amount yet. Will it take 5 days to return back? Or do I have to call?? As the PhonePe customers number ain’t working.

I got a fraud call and message regarding job offer from AirIndia.The person asked for my documents and verified it also.Then asked for ₹5510 through upi.which i paid to him.And niw he has blocked me. How to get my money back.Please help me out.It was a hard arranged money from my savings. Please help.

      Why you have paid? Many fake calls ask for money. Don’t believe on all this. Contact PhonePe customer care once but there is no chance of getting back.

  15. I have been using these app for a long time but these day this app is cheating with me its automatically transaction on the other party and my account is debited. I lost my amount without any reason . Why this happening. Is these to cheat or something else. Can’t trust unless.I request you to refund my money

      There is no such system that it will automatically debit money. Please be assure that SI is not active on your account. I’m also using this PhonePe but not yet faced any such issue.

    2 days back I reached to DTH Sun direct amt is debited in my account but recharge is not yet done. I checked with sundirect customer care person as well they confirmed that recharge is not done . kindly check with phone pay customer care team.

Sir i purchased 2036/-worth of provisions, and pay the money through phonepay, but the shopowner put 3quercodes for to receive payment. 1st i try tomake payment in one 1qr code, it is sucess in my mobile, but owner said it is not received ur payment, so i scan at second qr code it’s also sucess, but i paid 2 times due to 3different qr codes by phone pay, so shopowner how he put 3qr codes with 3different banks, still i dont get back the money

  26. Since, you have xxx O9339273284 mistakenly transferred the funds, legally speaking neither PhonePe nor your bank is under any obligation to reverse the amount. If you have sent through “To Contact” option from PhonePe then ask politely to return the money. So, if he is kind enough than he/she will return you.

  28. BHIM UPI O9339273284 Customer Care Service First thing to do is to contact PhonePe customer care. Contact Phone Pe CONTACT US in app, they will reply. They will ask to wait for 5 days to refund amount back to source bank a/c.

Hi, I have done a transaction of rs.10000 to the merchant business account……..it’s been not credited to the merchant…….the amount is stuck in between….mftom my side the transaction is sucessful….mwhen I raised a complaint to customer support……they sed transaction is been to the closed account……..to credit back the merchant should change the account……they are not ready to do that…..because of some issues…………phonepay r not helping me about this…m.. and resolving my issue

First thing to do is to contact PhonePe customer care number: 0630 0315 063 Contact Phone Pe CONTACT US in app, they will reply. They will ask to wait for 5 days to refund amount back to source bank a/c.
