How to Change PNB Account Home Branch Online?

So, follow below steps:

• First of all open PNB Net Banking login page. Click Here
• Next, click on Retail Internet Banking.
• Enter your User ID and click on Continue. Enter password and click on Log In and your dashboard will open. Change User ID
• Now, go to Other Services and click on Change Home Branch option available under Service Request and Tracking menu.

• So, next select your Account Number and click on Continue.

• Now, you need to enter Branch ID where you want to transfer your account. Click on Lookup if you don’t know branch ID. Click on Lookup and then enter branch name where you want to transfer and click on Search. Select your branch after search result by clicking on Select.
• Further, click on Continue and then enter Transaction Password. Reset transaction password

• Once transaction password entered, click on Submit. So, you have successfully submitted the request.
• Kindly follow the message displayed on the next screen and visit new branch with ID and address proof documents for new passbook.
• Finally, in this way you have placed the account transfer request.

Note: Customers shall not be able to change branch if transaction in account exists on the date of transfer. Please don’t do any transaction on the day you have requested for account transfer. You can doing transaction after 24 hours as usual.

So, you can also collect bank account transfer form from any branch. Once collected, fill it completely. Submit it to your home branch. Upon submitting, bank officials will process in couple of days.

Note: I don’t have this form, you can get it from branch if there is any such form available. So, you can confirm once by visiting any branch.

Can I transact without completing KYC?

Yes, you can. But the issue will arise when you will request new ATM card, cheque book etc. It will send to old address. So, it is very much necessary to update new address by doing KYC.

Is KYC compulsory?

Well, KYC will help you update your current address. In addition to this, debit card, cheque book or new documents will come to new address. Else it will go in old address only. So, it will be very difficult to visit old place and get all this. It is good to update new address after transfer of account.

Can I request with the help of PNB One mobile application?
