Request DTDC Pick-Up Service Online

So, follow below steps:

1. First of visit DTDC ebooking site. Download the app: Click Here. 
2. Enter origin and destination PIN code. Also enter Shipment Type as document or non-document.
3. Next, enter value of item in declared value (If you don’t know, you can fill a rough estimation value), length, breadth, height in cm (approx.) and risk surcharge (depends upon you).
4. Click on “Get Quotes“
5. You will get estimated cost for the booking for different type of service.
6. Select any of them and click on “Next“.
7. Accept terms and conditions and click on “Continue“
8. Enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP“. Enter OTP received on your mobile number.
9. Now, enter complete pickup and delivery address.
10. Next, select “Book a Pickup“
11. Select available slots on preferred date and click on “Next“
12. Check all the details and click on “Checkout” to confirm.
13. Done! You will receive confirmation email for your booking.

• The parcel will pick from your location by our trusted pickup executives.
• A convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be add to the cost to avail of this home pickup.
• The price will be recalculated at the time of pickup based on the actual parcel metrics (weight, length, breadth, height).
• Any price discrepancy will be addressed by our pickup executive.
• Confirming the pickup is subject to the pickup location as pickups cannot be arranged from all locations.
