How to fill State Bank of India (SBI) deposit form/slip:
This is the deposit form which you can collect any of SBI branch or your nearest branch.
I will be explaining with number notation to make it easy.
Follow the number notations
Write the name of the branch from where you are having transaction or from where you are depositing it. For example Margherita
In this section, write the account number in which you want to deposit. Write carefully. Fill one number in one box. Its start like 3545005783 (differ from state to state)
Mention the date on which you are depositing. Eg.-01.04.2017
Write account holder name. Full Name whose is having this account. Eg. Rakesh Kumar Yadav
Mention the amount you want to deposit in numbers. For example -5000
Please don’t forget to write your mobile number here, in case of any discrepancy or error, bank staff/officials will contact you.
Mention your Permanent Account Number (PAN), if your deposit is above Rs 50000, otherwise it is optional.
Write amount in words. For example if your depositing Rs 5000, “Five Thousand Only”.
Write branch name.
At the end, after complete fill up, sign in the place provided. Check once.
Similarly, fill the right side of the form.
11. Mention the branch name as in previous case.
13. Same Account number as in
14. Account holder name, same as in case 4.
15. Amount in number.
16. Amount in numerical
17. Leave blank. Only for office purpose. Don’t write anything here.
Turn the form/slip and mention the notes/coins denomination you are going to deposit.
Finally done. Stay in queue for your turn!!
How to fill State Bank of India (SBI) cash withdrawal form/slip:
This is your cash withdrawal form. Look carefully.
See the number notations. Fill accordingly
Mention the account holder name from whose account withdrawal will be there.
Mention account number of account holder which will contain only numbers.
Write amount in words, you want to withdrawal.
Again here, mention the account number.
Write amount in number want to withdrawal.
Signature of the account holder. Please sign carefully; it should match with bank database.
Don’t write anything here. This is for bank officials/staffs.
Mention the SBI branch, where you are having this transaction.
