  1. The applicant must quote the Registration No. already issued by the University.
  2. The application should be complete in all respects.
  3. Prescribed fee of Rs. 500.00 in cash/ Bank Draft to be paid in the University cash counter/ in favour of the Registrar, D.U. respectively.
