What is SBI Virtual Card?
Virtual Card is a one-time use card and can only be used on online websites that accept VISA Credit Cards. State Bank Virtual card, also known as Electronic Card or e-Card, is a limit Debit Card created for ecommerce transactions. It provides an easy and secure way of transacting online without providing the Primary Card/ Account information to the merchant. So, follow below steps:
- First of all login to your SBI net banking account. Login
- Next, enter your Username and Password to login.
- Your internet banking dashboard will get open. So, go to ‘eServices’ and click on ‘eCards’
- Now, enter amount for which you want to make virtual card and tick mark terms and condition. Click on ‘Generate’ option
- Finally, you can now see all the details regarding your virtual card.
Note: Your PAN card must be register to your account to generate virtual card. Otherwise you will receive message stating: “Â Your Income Tax PAN is not available in your account information. Please approach your home branch for incorporating your PAN.” .

How to Cancel State Bank of India Virtual Card?
So, follow below steps:
- First of all login to your SBI net banking account. Login
- Next, enter your username and password to login
- Your internet banking dashboard will get open. Go to ‘eServices’ and click on ‘eCards’
- So, click on ‘Cancel Virtual Card’
- You will get all the virtual cards that you have generated
- Click on that which you want to cancel
- Finally, it will be cancel.
