Follow these steps to reset passwords for mobile banking in Punjab National Bank (PNB) Online 

1. First of all, visit this link for signing into your account: https://www.netpnb.com/

   

2. Now, login to internet banking account.
3. Click on ‘Retail Internet Banking’ for log in page
4. Now, enter your User ID
5. Next, enter your password

   

6. Now on the dashboard, click on ‘Value Added Services’ option which is available at the top bar
7. In the ‘Mobile Banking Services’ list, there is an option ‘Reset Passwords for Mobile Banking’, click on it

   

8. A page will open, which will show Mobile Banking User ID and then click ‘Continue’

   

9. Now, there is an option to set your password
10. Again, enter the same password for confirmation and click on ‘Submit’
11. You have reset your password for mobile banking in Punjab National Bank successfully.
