So, follow below steps:
- First of all visit, Indian Post Official Website or direct complaint page from here: Link
- So, a form will appear
- Next, select type of transaction for which you want to do complain.
- After selecting type of transaction, now select what type of complain you are having i.e., delay, loss, non-delivery of article etc
- Similarly, fill all the boxes carefully
- At the last, enter the verification captcha and then click “Submit”
- Finally, you will get a complaint reference number. Keep this number with you, it will help you track status of complaint

In aug18my papers were received by postmaster dholpur.after several reminders on phone onp.m.dholpur he is not issuing are at of pensionsince nov17to Sept.18.what should I do.please hide.

I have filled the complaint in your the prescribed format with complete details properly . I ah Ganapati Kamble I go to shivarampally post office 13-08- 2019 near 10:30 am .that tome not any customer here. but post office person not there that place. I am waiting 15 to 20 minutes then that guy come. I told speed post please take the parcel .but that guy told me please wait I am scanning to cover .I wait near 8 to 10 minutes but that guy not reply me. that guy scanning in our department person scanning. give the bag but not see the customer. I ask why I waiting no any other customer here so that guy told me ” wait or go to head post office ” sir please take action in shivarampally post office Hyderabad shivarampally branch I claim to my petrol please.
